Those were some of the works that I had done back when I was a stylist/journalist for a Singapore fashion mag (which I believe is no longer around by now). There were many ups and downs being a stylist. The perks being I get to see the latest designer collections before they hit the market, getting all the press discounts, and being able to try on the clothes I borrowed (like the 7-inches python Prada heels or the Chanel duster heels), etc. The downside is that I am liable to pay for any damaged loans under my name even if I wasn’t the one at fault. So far I have paid a little over a grand for slightly nicked goods that either don’t fit me, or I would avoid at all costs. But thinking of all the upsides, I kinda miss that job, especially each time I open my accounting text book.
